Course:1

Introduction to Automotive Systems

 

Overview of automotive technology and its evolution, Fundamentals of internal combustion engines, SI and CI Engines, Vehicle propulsion systems (FWD, RWD, AWD), Vehicle transmission systems (Manual/Automatic), Hybrid and electric propulsion technologies, Automotive Air-conditioning systems, Fundamentals of automotive electrical and electronics, Vehicle Body Systems, Vehicle Interior and Exterior.

Automotive Engines

 

Engine components and systems, Engine operation and efficiencies, Ignition systems and fuel injection, Performance tuning and optimization, On-board diagnostics (OBD) and scan tool usage, Troubleshooting and diagnosing engine issues, Vehicle emission ratings.

Course:3

Automotive Chassis Systems

 

Automotive chassis frame and components, Suspension systems,  Steering systems, Braking systems, Wheel and tire technology, Electronic Control Systems in Chassis, Chassis testing and diagnostics.

Course:4

Automotive Electrical and Electronics

 

Basics of automotive electrical circuits, Batteries, alternators, and starters, Wiring diagrams and schematics, Automotive Lighting, Electronic control units (ECUs) and sensors, Diagnosis and repair of electrical faults, Introduction to in-vehicle networking (CAN etc.).

Course:5

Vehicle Maintenance and Service

 

Routine maintenance procedures (oil changes, brake inspection, etc.), Tire maintenance and replacement, Fluid systems (coolant, transmission, etc.) and servicing, Preventive maintenance practices, Vehicle Inspection and service checks,  Use of service manuals and documentation.

Course:6

Automotive Workshop

 

Hands-on experience with automotive tools and equipment, Practical exercises on engine assembly and disassembly, Use of SST (Special Service Tools), Use of diagnostic tools and scan equipment, Hands-on troubleshooting of common automotive issues, Workshops safety practices in an automotive environment, Visit of Automotive, Workshops and Service Centers.
